National Manager of Field/Technical Support Group

Job Duties:Staffs, directs, coaches and mentors a team of 95 reports in both Technical / Field Support.Creates systems for responding to customer inquiries via telephone, online networks, field service visits and mail.Manages an automated system to manage and track inquiries.Operates the department within established financial guidelines and FDA regulations.Management liaison to France on Service related issues.Advises upper management on product development issues arising from product problems identified through technical support calls with customers.Handles customer issues.Plans and schedules levels of support according to product release schedules.Manages service contracts process.Establishes pricing guidelines for service rates and contracts.Works with Regulatory/Quality Affairs to establish SOP's for the department.Sets policies and procedures for the short and long term operation of the department.Skills:Education & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; Advanced degree preferredMinimum 10 years related experience in the laboratory diagnostics area and 5 years management experience MRINetwork, one of the world's largest search and recruitment organizations, has over 1,000 offices in more than 35 countries.
