NATIONAL SALES TRAINER

Manage all sales training classes including new field sales representatives as well as internal customers. Bring new hire personnel to a level of understanding on AV policies and procedures, products commensurate with their title/job responsibilities. Maintains field training records. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Develop and implement sales and clinical training materials pertinent to the new field personnel. Identify and prioritize training needs through collaboration with Training Manager, Field Trainers, Regional Managers and Area Directors.2. Deliver and facilitate training programs by lecturing, discussing concepts, using exercises (e.g. role-playing) and providing feedback in order to help participants learn new processes/skills to increase knowledge.3. Further develop the New Hire Training program through content revisions of product and sales skills, the addition of new modules and activities reflecting the company's needs and the inclusion of current learning techniques and industry best practices.4. Evaluate and revise training materials based on evaluations, needs assessments and feedback.5. Conduct and convey all training professionally and be able to work independently and as part of a creative team.6. Assist in supporting effort to maintain training records as it pertains to field based follow-up for delinquent training records and remedial learning.7. Sends pre-training material, coordinates field training & corporate policy and procedure training.Accountability/Scope: Describe the primary accountabilities of the position and the impact of actions.This role is accountable for the development and delivery of necessary product, clinical and sales training field sales and management.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:1. Strong clinical background in interventional cardiology or radiology or strong sales background in medical arena, vascular devices preferred.2. Excellent written and verbal skills. Strong interpersonal skills for training of new and current field personnel.3. Previous sales, training, education, or vendor experience preferred.4.
