Mobility Support Specialist

The mobility operations specialist will be responsible for coordinating, deploying, and tracking iPhone 3G devices to client's field users in bulk quantities. The mobility operations specialist will interface with cross-functional groups within client's as well as working directly with AT&T Wireless. Candidate will communicate with end-users coordinating device configuration and deployment status. Other responsibilities may include assisting the mobility operations team by boxing and shipping peripherals, performing basic inventory functions, and other operational support functions as assigned. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who can work under minimal supervision, has excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite with emphasis on Microsoft Excel functions including VLookup, HLookup, and Trim, be able to massage data, has a high level of attention to detail, have a proven customer service aptitude, be able to communicate concisely both verbally and in writing, and has a proven ability to accurately track multiple pieces of data simultaneously. Sound understanding of the cellular industry (specifically AT&T) is a strong plus.
