The Core Clinical Training Resident (CTR) program provides the chance to start a career in a very innovative, competitive and rewarding industry--medical device. This role is a unique opportunity to obtain an entry-level position which will develop you for the highly sought after role of medical device sales. As a CTR, you will have the opportunity to learn the medical sales process from the inside by first assisting in coordination and facilitation of sales training to include sales process, marketing strategy, anatomy, surgical technique and more. You will also help to organize, set up and conduct surgical information sessions for key customers including high profile surgeons. The CTR program begins in Cincinnati, Ohio where you will be immersed in our sales training and education environment. You will be groomed to begin a successful medical device sales career after one year. Once you have completed this year in Cincinnati, you will relocate to an assigned territory within the US to get real field sales experience.
