Medical/Surgical Device Sales Representative

Our client is a leading manufacturer of medical devices used to treat cardiac conditions. They have asked us to locate a new sales representative to sell these devices to interventional cardiologists at hospitals in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey. The candidate we seek will have a 4-year degree and 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally from a large company with a well-known training program, and with a documented track record of success as evidenced by stack rankings, awards and commendations. Medical or Surgical sales experience or Pharmaceutical sales experience including relationships with cardiologists and access to hospital cath labs is preferred; however, our client will also consider candidates with strong track records with major national Business-to-Business companies as well.The successful candidate can expect to earn $165K at plan the first year consisting of a base salary plus  a uncapped monthly commission structure. The top sales reps in this company are earning $300K or more.
