Medical Specialty Key Account Sales Executive

Our client is a leading provider of Anatomical diagnostic services for Physicians and other Healthcare professionals. They have promoted their current local sales rep and have asked us to locate a new Specialty Key Account Sales Executive to sell their full line of diagnostic laboratory services to an existing account base of Specialty Physicians including Urologists, Gastro-enterologists, Dermatologists and Oncologists as well as Surgicenters from Miami to Melbourne, Florida. This territory already has many existing accounts with whom our client has established rapport and will generate substantial repeat business. The candidate we seek will have 2 or more years of sales experience in outside sales with a documented track record of success as evidenced by stack rankings, awards and commendations. Experience selling medical products or services is helpful but not absolutely required; therefore candidates with strong track records in Business-to-Business sales will be given equal consideration and should definitely apply. Bilingual (Spanish/English) verbal and written skills are helpful but not required.The successful candidates can expect to earn up to $120K or more the first year based on a starting salary of $55-60K plus a commission plan which will add $60K per year at goal, but could be even higher based on personal performance. Typical income second year at goal is $120K and the top sales representatives in this company are currently earning in excess of $150K. In addition, you will receive a company car and an excellent benefit package, as well as an opportunity to advance into higher levels of sales management.This position requires specific experience.
