Marketing Coordinator/Assistant

TSI Incorporated is looking for an administrative professional to lead the data entry and data base administration for Sales.  This position is the hub of communication between Sales and Marketing.  Qualified candidates must be highly organized and able to prioritize projects, multi-task and work in a fast pace ever changing environment.

Job Responsibilities include:

1.  Entering all leads from tradeshows, magazines, etc into CRM (SAP).  Export from CRM and send to channel partners within three days; fulfill leads with a professionally written letter and corresponding literature within  seven days.

2.  Pricing catalog clean up, maintenance, and distribution to the field; post pricing to Outlook for internal use.

3.  Fulfill literature requests, maintain stock and order literature as needed.

4.  create and maintain internal order numbers for Exhibitions, Seminars, advertising, Public Relations and Collateral.

5.  Generate and distribute monthly reports.

6.  Coordinate mailing lists and data merges.

Job Requirements:  HS diploma and a minimum of 3 years administrative assistance experience.  Experience in a Marketing department  and an Associated degree or equivalent is preferred.  Advanced knowledge of MS Office products.  Database creation and management.  ERP system (SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle) experience preferred.
