Manufacturing & Project Engineers - Biomed

Our client, a growing leader in medical devices, is seeking experienced Project Engineers to assume key roles in their manufacturing organizing. In this role you will be responsible for managing projects to implement new products or new lean initiatives. This will include process development/improvement, equipment selection, capability requirements and problem resolution;

Located in a vibrant community commutable from both South Bend & Ft Wayne. Northern Indiana offers a high quality of life including virtually every cultural and recreational activity within a few hours’ drive all combined with very reasonable cost of living.

Excellent company benefits and relocation package.The successful candidate will have a BS or MS in engineering and several years of manufacturing process development experience and engineering project management skills. They prefer process expertise in CNC machining, with background in other processes and industries a plus. Strong background in lean, Six Sigma, and advanced problem solving skills are required. Excellent communication skills required with the ability to effectively work within a team and cross functionally.  Medical product experience is also a plus.
