Do you have 5+ years experience in controlling or financial reporting? If so, please read on!What you will need: - An undergraduate degree in accounting - A CPA and/or MBA is a HUGE plus! - 5+ years experience in controlling or financial reporting positions - To be highly detail oriented and skilled with a PC and software packages - Manufacturing experienceWhat you will be doing: - Overseeing designated plant controllers and acting as a liaison between plant finance teams and Corporate Finance for all finance-related and staffing matters - Developing and demonstrating technical expertise in accounting, reporting and business matters and practices specific to those plants/facilities. - Reviewing monthly financial results and related disclosure schedules with plant controllers and local plant management prior to submission to Corporate Finance - Performing Group consolidations of multiple entities, if applicable. - Reviewing financial information submitted for quarterly plant meetings - Reviewing and understanding local budgets - Assisting Corporate Controller in developing Financial Reporting Policies (FRP) and related procedures and education/training of local site finance teams.
