Manufacturing Associate - LipoSonix

Overview:

• Perform assembly and acceptance test of ultrasonic therapy equipment and accessories.

• Support packaging and picking to fulfill customer orders.

• Perform a variety of tasks associated with manufacturing ultrasonic therapy equipment.

 Responsibilities: Specific tasks may include the following:
• Complex mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly and test operations.
• Mechanical assembly of small components using precision custom and off the shelf tools. Including torque wrenches, measuring instruments, custom fixtures, and other hand held tools.
• Precision assembly and hand soldering under a microscope.
• Measurement of components using high precision gauging.
• Weighing, mixing, and casting materials. Bonding, curing, etching.
• Cleaning and assembling precision molds.
• Maintains adherence to production, test, and quality system procedures while performing the job responsibilities. Documents non-conformance issues.
• Retrieves procedures from corporate database.
• Perform required machine cleaning and maintenance.
• Performs material handling tasks such as restocking and cycle counting at point of use.
• Provide assistance in other areas as needed and directed.
• Responsible and accountable for carrying out the requirements of the company's quality system.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma

• 3-5 years professional experience

• Experience in electro-mechanical assembly

• Experience in ultrasound transducer manufacturing a plus
