Manufacturing Associate - Fermentation
Our client, a medical education advertising firm in downtown Manhattan, is looking for an account executive for a COPD/Asthma group. Applicant must have agency experience.
Responsibilities:
· Ensure adherence to project time lines and budgets
· Track project folders through editorial, art, operations
· Update project start-up materials based on client/faculty changes throughout life of project
· Ensure coordination of project specifications through internal departments
· Review and process vendor invoices
· Manager and supervise Account Coordinator/Program Coordinator as directed by the Account Director
· Research relevant product and therapeutic category to develop knowledge relevant to account
· Understand ACCME, PhRMA and OIG guidelines
· Produce weekly internal status report of assigned programs
· Schedule and prepare for internal meetings
· Attend weekly status meetings
· Prepare written communications for faculty and clients related to specific projects
· Prepare program documentation for outside vendors
· Attend client meetings or live programs as requested by Group Account Director/Account Director
Experience/Skills/Educational Requirements:
· 4 year degree in communications, marketing, or related field
· 2+ years experience in medical education or related industry
· Understanding of medical education and pharmaceutical industries
· Excellent organization skills and interpersonal and communication skills
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
· Detail-oriented, proactive, dependable
· Ability and willingness to travel if necessary
