Managing Editor - CME
A leading Continuing Medical Education (CME) company is looking for a dynamic and experienced editor that would be involved with a variety of projects. The selected candidate may be able to work remotely from their home. ResponsibilitiesThis person will be responsible for managing on line publishing processes and for managing a program. As an individual contributor, they will prepare items for production, work across work teams to ensure information is accurate, and handle multiple projects simultaneously. This person will need to be able to read data, make charts and slides, keep projects on a timeline, and be very familiar with medical editing. Desired QualificationsThis person should have experience with preparing information dealing with neurology, cardiology and/or HIV disease states. Familiarity with AMA writing guidelines is also needed. A master’s degree or beyond is desired with a background in English or Journalism.
