We're part of a team that's making a difference in the quality of people's lives.Think What's Possible.The Manager of Product Training will work directly, with complete integration with Brand Team and provide input into design/development, production, implementation, and coordination and evaluation of all product branding/tactical training activities relating to new hire & current Oncology OSS's. The successful candidate will need to understand brand issues and enhances product knowledge, and ensures appropriate communication and alignment with Brand and Sales around Training continuum. The AD/Mgr will need to create and deliver Oncology clinical workshops and training exercises for the transfer of in-depth therapeutic disease state/path physiology, product knowledge, competitive knowledge to OSS's and ASM's. The understanding of selling skills will be needed to transfer knowledge to field sales teams. The incumbent will be required to reinforce use of, and provides feedback on promotional pieces; creates product training modules, primers, clinical updates, tactical memos; includes leadership of meeting/launch workshops, group exercises for Field Based Strategy Teams or Field Based Tactical Teams.QualificationsBachelor's degree required with a minimum of three years of pharmaceuticals sales experience and 1-2 years pharmaceutical training experience, Oncology experience preferred. Qualified candidates must have a demonstrated record of success in their ability to lead and inspire a team towards meeting and exceeding objectives, to communicate and implement tactical product strategies with a sophisticated audience, and to think strategically (i.e., "outside the box" and look at the "big picture") while providing creative and innovative solutions to market problems. Personal integrity and leadership abilities are essential. Excellent interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal), and presentation skills are required. Must be able to effectively multitask, problem-solve, and make decisions. Computer literacy (i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is a must.
