DescriptionResponsible for the successful operation of the Biometrics Technical Operations programming teams. Ultimate responsibility for all projects in the area of technical support to Biometrics, primarily Data Operations but also working to improve quality and efficiency with which deliverables and initiatives are completed.Required Skills

Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, written, verbal) Proven ability to delegate work - ability to direct and mentor less experienced staff Highly proficient in SAS programming, including base, macros...but also SQL and PL-SQL Experience with CDISC (SDTM and ADaM), ISS/ISE, NDA submissions and related integration and conversion methods and techniquesUnderstands SAS database structures and experienced with at least one Clinical Data Management System (e.g. Oracle, eDataManagement, Clintrials, Oracle Clintrial, etc.) Computer literate in a Windows-based PC environment Working knowledge of medical terminology and experience with clinical research and drug development/approval process strongly desired Ability to perform overnight travel Required Experience(see ''Required Skills'' above)
