Manager, QC Microbiology Lab Requisition Number: 21867BR Responsible for managing product testing and environmental monitoring functions in the Kenilworth / Union Microbiology Laboratories.  Initiates, plans and executes expense center activities to support NJ Operations while maintaining compliance with regulatory agencies. As such, directs and develops supervisory, semi-monthly and weekly colleagues; ensures the timely completion of testing in; determines and sets laboratory policies to comply with regulatory agencies and ensures compliance with departmental, corporate and regulatory policies / practices. QualificationsPreference is Ph.D. in Chemistry/Biology/Microbiology or related field with 4 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry OR MS in Chemistry/Biology/Microbiology or related field with 6 - 8 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry with 2-4 years supervisory/management experience. Alternative is BA/BS degree in Chemistry/Biology/ Microbiology with 8 - 10 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry and 2-4 years supervisory/management experience.Schering-Plough is an equal opportunity employer.
