Position Description:

- Provide technical support within assigned platform for the design of manufacturing processes for new products or process improvements and document in peer-reviewed process flow diagrams, protocols, SWI/SOPs, batch records, and specifications.- Execute engineering runs, definition runs, or other process development studies that define critical quality attributes (CQAs) and critical process parameters (SPPs) for Validation and are necessary for the start up of new processes and equipment in Manufacturing. Perform under the guidance of manager or team leader.- Communicate documented study results within platform and/or the team responsible for study execution.Develop technical expertise in area of responsibility and provide technical instruction on new/improved processes to appropriate audiences.- Comply with cGMP, CBER, USP, WHO, EP, JP, sanofi pasteur Global Quality Directives (GQDs) or other guidance.- Comply with Health & Safety guidelines."We are an equalopportunity employer M/F/D/V"

Qualifications:

Education/Years Experience/Other Skills : BS in Engineering or science required. 1 to 3 years related experience in vaccines, biologicals or pharmaceuticals, in manufacturing or process development or scale up. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
