The Manager, Pricing Analytics and Systems will provide project, systems, analytical, and data support for the corporate accounts, sales management, and other commercial teams. This includes managing various business critical, long-term and short-term projects to support Contracting Systems, DePuy franchise pricing efforts, and the Order to Cash (OTC) Project. The Manager, Pricing Analytics and Systems will serve on various committees and project teams to represent DePuy Franchise, DePuy US JTE, and the corporate accounts team. Principal duties include, but are not limited to: Order-to-Cash Pricing Lead; Franchise Contract Management System Implementation Core Team: Healthcare Systems (HCS) Commercial Contracting Improvement (CCI) Project Liaison; Statistical Sales Forecasting, especially Growth from Price and Average Selling Price; Corporate Accounts Business Planning - ASP && Mix Forecasting by Account; Implementation of Pricing Strategies and tactics pursuant to internal and external benchmarking, consultant projects, and J&&J/HCS guidance; Administration of DePuy Franchise Rewards and HCS Key Account Management initiatives. A minimum of a Bachelors Degree is required. A minimum of 3 years of total business experience is required. Must have analytical experience and some Project Management experience. Experience in Sales, Pricing, Contracts, and/or Finance is preferred.Experience supporting sales is preferred. An understanding of field sales or sales operations is also preferred. Experience managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously is required. Experience managing long term projects is preferred. Demonstrated skill in business partnering required. Understanding requirements, and translating requirements into action plans preferred. Experience partnering with internal / external customers and work with shared service organizations is highly desirable, as well as demonstrated skill in process improvement, including process mapping, VOC gathering, and deployment of action plans. Experience working with Cognos and/or Visual Basic is desirable. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Process Excellence Certification is preferred. Knowledge of Orthopaedics is desirable. This position requires approximately 25% domestic travel. This position is located in Warsaw, Indiana.
