Manager, Integration - Program Communications Work Location: Not ApplicableShifts: Not ApplicablePositions Available: 1Position Summary Under general supervision of the Vice President, BT Organizational Change Management, responsible for effectively executing organization-wide Business Transformation (BT) communication strategy targeted at influencing internal and external customers’ perception, knowledge and behavior related to the BT process. Interacts with key functional leaders throughout ABC and all BT leads to assess, plan, develop and deliver robust communication plans to advance associate awareness and understanding of BT vision, promote BT literacy and drive cultural and behavioral change. Utilizes a variety of media and technologies to deliver BT communications throughout all levels of the ABC organization, as well as to its external customers / stakeholders in support of the overall end-state BT vision. Supports the Organizational Change Management team in the planning and execution of other deliverables as required. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Assists with the development of the charter, work plan and communications matrix for all BT related communications. This will be a well-articulated, inspirational Business Transformation (BT) story including imperative for change and expected results / impact on the organization. Ensures communication plan is integrated and aligned with the overall BT plan / vision. Proactively identifies any potential risk(s) to overall communications plan; develops and implements strategies to mitigate identified risks. Coordinates / supports branding of BT initiative. Assists in the development of and executes wide range of information and materials for internal audiences, including but not limited to: executive communications, employee training programs, associate announcements, newsletters, presentations, internal road-shows / regional updates, web-casts, intranet content, associate publications, etc. Coordinates executive approvals of deliverables; ensures timely distribution of all communications. Works with appropriate internal organizations to ensure a positive presence and consistent messaging to external customers such as Investor Relations for media and analyst community, Sales / Marketing for provider customer community, and Supply Chain for Manufacturer community. Implements / manages support of internal program to drive two-way associate communication. Builds in and manages feedback mechanisms to verify accurate and timely deliverables and to monitor effectiveness of communication impact on associate morale. Consolidates, maintains, and delivers regular status reports to key BT stakeholders. Supports communication of new policies and / or decisions to the organization. Supports VP Integration – Organizational Change Management in development / delivery of associate-impact communications plan. Assist with presentation materials for BT lead team as needed. Manages BT intranet website content, layout and deliverables. Ensures honest, continuous communication. Assists with variety of scheduled / unscheduled projects occurring in department at any given time. Performs related duties as assigned. Experience and Education Requirements Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, communications, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor’s degree program; normally requires a minimum of four (4) to six (6) years with three years directly related experience in project management and communications development in support of large scale change initiatives.
