Manager I, Contract and Proposal Description of Duties: Serve, in conjunction with the Legal Department, as primary developer and negotiator of new and renewal supply contracts and Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs). Ensure consistency of price adjustments with contract terms and conditions. Work as liaison with customer to develop new business questionnaire as appropriate. Work with Quality Assurance department to develop and maintain Quality Agreements with customers. Assess new business questionnaire and, as part of team, lead process for decision on opportunity. Develop, with New Business Development staff, proposals for new business opportunities.  Qualifications/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Science/Engineering; advanced degree preferred. 3 years experience in contract development, new business development and/or sales and marketing within Pharmaceutical or related Industry preferred. Candidates must demonstrate a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access and Project Management. Proven analytical and problem solving skills to ensure contract viability and conformance. Strong written and oral communications skills, including public speaking and presentation skills.
