Currently, we have a great opportunity for a highly motivated, hands-on professional to join our team.

Specifically, you will:

• Analyze and apply technical accounting literature
• Formulate accounting practice and policy in new areas and work closely with Business Development in analysis of various strategic transactions
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements
• Remain current on new pronouncements issued by accounting and governmental regulatory agencies (SEC, FASB etc) and determine impact to financial reporting and disclosure
• Provide technical accounting support regarding significant and complex transactions
• Maintain process documentation and support SOX 404 compliance


This position requires:

• A BA/BS with a CPA license
• A strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• 6 years of experience with 3 years of experience with a top tier accounting firm
• PC proficiency
• Excellent analytical and written/verbal communication skills
