Johnson && Johnson Healthcare Products Division of McNeil-PPC, Inc. is a leader in the consumer oral health market with LISTERINE® Antiseptic Mouthwash, REACH® toothbrushes, REACH® floss, and REMBRANDT® tooth whitening products. They are also in the women's health market with MONISTAT® vaginal yeast infection treatments and K-Y® Brand personal lubricants. The company's line of sanitary products includes CAREFREE® pantiliners, o.b.® tampons and STAYFREE® maxi pads. The Manager, Field Sales Analytics will be responsible for advancing Professional Sales performance by developing people, elevating strategic agility and contribution to the sales planning and performance reporting process, advancing the business analytic skills of the sales leadership team and CSO's, aligning sales communication with business operations and marketing, and progressing self development to prepare for future management opportunities. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist the Sales Leadership team in shaping the strategic direction of the organization through the development and analysis of key performance indicators (Ex: Scorecard, CBA, Trend Analysis, and Revenue Topline reporting). Develop actionable recommendations that provide key insights and a sustainable competitive advantage. Drive the creation and analysis of KPIs for Revenue, AWR, and Field metric results for Field Sales and CSO businesses. Develop a comprehensive national colleague performance database that supports the Performance and Development Planning (PDP) process. Additional colleague analytic tools include: promotion candidate analysis, in-field coaching tools, bonus tracking support. Assist in field coaching sessions that leverage a strategic approach aligned to the Customer Coverage Plans of the National Sales Team Leader and District Mangers. Enhance Field and CSO business analytic skills through virtual training forums and during field visits. Facilitate the business analytics on-boarding process for new and return to work District Managers. Strive to enhance the High Performing Team alignment protocols between sales, marketing, training, business operations, CSO partners, and vendors through effective communication and collaboration. Actively participate in the Professional Sales operating planning process to ensure that the sales leadership team has a firm understanding of performance against key goals and strategies. Produce SWOT, implication and action analysis to support thorough strategy development. Support and lead innovative special projects to improve execution against the strategic imperatives of PS&&M. A minimum of a BS/BA degree is required. An MBA is preferred. A minimum of 3 years Sales, Business Operations and/or Marketing experience is required. Experience working within the Consumer, Professional or Pharmaceutical business is preferred. Oral Care experience is a plus. At least 1 year consumer business analytics/operations experience is strongly preferred. Must have strong analytical skills to identify gaps, opportunity and come to actionable conclusions. Ability to manage multiple work projects simultaneously and provide high level of support and insight is required. Must also have the ability to work independently and to develop innovative business and process solutions. Must be able to productively collaborate, communicate and work with diverse cross-functional teams, vendors and colleagues. Strong computer skills working with Excel is required. Experience working with Access, PowerPoint, Online querying programs (including Hyperion, Business Objects, etc.), web applications, and other database applications is strongly preferred.
