Manager, Data Management Leader, (Chesterbrook, PA) - (Job Number: 0810027) DescriptionThe Data Management Leader (DML) is responsible for managing all Integrated Data Services (IDS) deliverables for one or more compounds and serving as the single point of contact and Clinical Team member for the R&&D Company for IDS. At the compound level, the DML ensures that IDS milestones and deliverables are achieved with high quality and according to established timelines. The DML leads the IDS working group for the project overseeing all IDS activities. Additionally, the DML manages the financial aspects of the IDS components of the project, including providing budget estimates for business planning exercises and interfacing with vendors. The DML partners closely with the functional leaders within IDS to ensure appropriate resources are assigned to the project. A minimum of a bachelors degree or equivalent experience/certification is required. A masters degree is preferred. A minimum 8 years of experience in direct data management and project management within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry required. Experience managing vendors is required. Experience working in a global environment is preferred. Proven Data Management expert with proven project management skills and active listening. Ability to effectively lead a cross-functional team and interface with R&&D company partners. A PMP certification is preferred. Edc experience is preferred.
