MSL-Pharm D, M.D. Ph.D-Northeast-NY, NJ, MA, PA
Science Oriented Solutions, (SOS) the Medical Science Liaison contract industry leader, is seeking MSL candidates for the following four Regions:
Northeast (Philadelphia, Boston or NYC, NJ),
West Coast (California-LA),
South (Texas or Florida)
Central (Chicago or Minneapolis)
Engage in data-driven, evidence-base and industry compliant scientific exchange and education about emerging and current therapies with local medical thought leaders.
Develop and sustain a network of mutually beneficial professional peer to peer relationships with key healthcare providers.
Support business team members by providing a scientific perspective on product initiatives, training and disease state knowledge.
Meet with key local physicians and healthcare professionals within a specified region on a regular basis to act as a resource for current disease management and scientific exchange. MSL’s also conduct and provide support for clinical trials, speaker development and training, lectures on scientific data, disease management programs.
Work in areas such as pipeline products, managed markets, labeling changes competitive insight and other new product initiatives.
MSLs are regionally based (home office) and receive all of the required equipment to work from home. This position requires domestic travel of approximately 40% and some occasional weekends.
Candidates should be self-directed, able to work independently and function as part of a cross-functional team. Previous clinical experience in rheumatology, biologics, oncology or infusion is a must. Doctoral level scientific degree preferred. Previous MSL experience is a plus.
