PMT is a leading manufacturer of Neurosurgery/Orthotic & Orthopedic supplies. We are seeking a leader to market our full line of Medical Devices, Surgical Instrumentation and accessories in our Seattle Based Territory. This territory covers the main metropolitan areas in the States of OR, WA, ID and MT. The ideal candidate will be required to travel 8 nights per month minimum.

This is an excellent opportunity to get into the medical sales. We require a minimum of 1 or 2 years  of outside Sales experience with documented B2B success.

 No experience in Medical Sales is necessary. You will be trained by some of our best Managers in one of the most respected Neurosurgery & Orthopedic companies. As we continue to grow we're looking for individuals who are self-motivated, consultative.

 We're on the move and invite you to work with of our dynamic sales team. This position is responsible for the domestic sales of the Neurosurgery/Orthopedic products. Other areas of responsibility include finding and developing new interested prospects and negotiating the final deal with the decision maker. We have been servicing this industry for 28 years. All that is required is energy and a drive to succeed. You must also be willing to travel at least 8 nights per month.

ADVANCEMENT POTENTIAL

Ideal candidate will be based in Seattle or surrounding areas. A minimum of 8 nights overnight travel will be required.First year average between $50-85K, top reps making over $100k. A dedicated closer will significantly increase earnings each successive year. This is an advancement opportunity with management potential within 12 months of employment.

 

 REQUIREMENTS

Qualified candidate will have a minimum of 1 or 2 years of OUTSIDE SALES EXPERIENCE
Must have a 4 year degree
Candidates must have a proven track record of closing new business, time management and organizational skills.
Previous experience focusing on customer satisfaction
Creativity and working creatively
Conflict resolution skills
Ability to understand technology
Willingness to travel 8 nights per month minimum
