DJO is a global provider of medical devices that provide solutions for musculoskeletal health, vascular health and pain management. We are currently seeking a Market Manager for our Corporate Office in Vista, CA. The Market Manager has complete strategic responsibility for a group of product lines or segments. This person is responsible for driving product market share, revenue, and gross profit as well as for managing inventory turns and product marketing budgets. Requirements:
Education B.S. Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. MBA preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience Market Managers must have deep industry and/or marketing experience. 7+ years of experience in product marketing management.Minimum 3 years experience working with R&D to develop new products. Minimum 3 years in product launch experience. Minimum 3 years experience building new product launch plans, developing business models and forecasting sales. Minimum 3 years experience training and working with sales force. Experience interacting with Orthopedic medical professionals on clinical research preferred Experience interacting with independent and international distributors, preferred.
