Whether you're seeking a contract or permanent position, we have the connections to match you to opportunities that fit your career plan.Primary responsibilities include level 2 troubleshooting and setup of Blackberries for a customer base of approx 4,000 blackberry users worldwide. This support involves resolution of end-user and server technical problems via Remedy tickets. Additionally the administrator will be processing Blackberry administrative requests, setup and activation of units, number porting, and BES server work. Both the problem resolution and processing of administration requests must be completed in an accurate and timely manner in order to meet Service Level Agreement commitments. 3-6 years of years of Domino Administration and Support. Experience with Sametime, Blackberry, Lotus Notes is a plus, and Windows 2000 and 2003, and iSeries operating systems are a plus. The candidate must have excellent customer service communication skills. Support is performed via the telephone.
