Leading Generic Drug Manufacturer Seeking Patent Litigation Attorney

Our client, a leading generic drug manufacturer located in the Philadelphia Suburbs is looking for a pharmaceutical patent litigation attorney to provide management and oversight of a portion of the company's patent litigations, including those filed under the Hatch-Waxman Act. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Managing/providing guidance and assistance in patent litigation matters, including communicating with external counsel 2. Counseling management on current & potential patent litigation issues 3. Monitor/review patent litigation occurring internationally and in the US 4. Provide legal support to the company's various business unitsREQUIREMENTS:* 4 - 6 years patent litigation experience required, including experience writing briefs, managing discovery, and developing litigation strategy * Undergraduate degree in a science is required*Pharmaceutical industry is highly desired * Hatch-Waxman experience strongly preferred * Must be a member in good standing of a state bar  The company is offering a very competitive compensation package including base salary, bonus opportunity and comprehensive benefits.  Relocation assistance will be provided. Interested parties should submit a resume in Word format to legal@djvassociates.com   Please refer to job@ 2008-812.
