Laboratory Processing Technician

The Job
· Our Processing Technicians are responsible for processing the once-in-a-lifetime samples we receive in our laboratory.
· New technicians receive hands-on training in our CellAdvantage automated processing system. Training will include 1-2 workstations within our processing line.
· In addition, new technicians are trained on the importance of documentation and record keeping in an FDA regulated industry.
· While we research and develop processes for continuous improvement, this job entails using already established techniques.
The Requirements
· An Associates Degree in a Science field with 2 years of lab experience or MLT certification or A Bachelors Degree in a Lab Science (or equivalent combination of education and experience.)
· Ability to perform tasks repetitively while maintaining attention to detail.
· Able to work weekends; flexible to work holidays if necessary.
· Able to adapt quickly to an ever changing environment.
· Enthusiastic about working in a positive team atmosphere.
· Passionate about contributing to a quality system.
