Laboratory Client Services Representative

Our Mission at the American Red Cross Biomedical Services is to  fulfill the needs of the American people for the safest, most reliable and cost-effective blood services through voluntary donations.  Our National Testing Laboratories contribute daily to this mission by  assuring the saftey, potency and purity of the blood supply.

The Client Services Representative for the National Testing Lab is responsible for coordinating client service functions to include tracking and trending of data for customer issues.  Assist with transportation of specimen coordination from the customer to the laboratory; communicate emergency testing requests and client issues related to the implementation of new testing.  Identify and resolve client issues.



Qualifications
Associate's Degree required
Minimum 2 years laboratory experience, advanced computer skills and demonstrated customer service focus/orientation required.
Previous customer service experience desired.
Good verbal, written, interpersonal communication and problem solving skills a must.
Ability to deal effectively with others in stressful customer service situations and to work independently or with minimal supervision required.
