Field Service Engineer

 

Responsibilities: Perform  maintenance, repair and validation of LC MS platformsMaintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

·  Contribute to business expansion through direct support of Service Sales initiatives and superior service delivery. This includes key account expansion, sale of new maintenance contracts, upgrades and instrument leads.

 

 

Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Electronics or related discipline plus 2-3 years relevant experience.  Extensive Hardware and Software experience with multi-vendor LCMS instruments required. Ability to travel overnight. Knowledge of laboratory safety practices as defined by the Company and/or the customer’s site safety code.Proven self motivated work style.Valid driver’s license.
