At this time we are hiring a Janitorial Supervisor to work 2nd shift at our Chaska site.

The person selected for this critical role will oversee and coordinate the maintenance, repair and operation of company-owned and leased properties as well as related equipment and systems using in-house and contracted services. The incumbent supervises the installation of new equipment, systems and/or construction of workspaces; assists in coordinating facilities expansion; and ensures facilities, equipment and systems are repaired in a timely manner.

Oversees and coordinates the custodial duties of company-owned and leased properties as well as related equipment and systems using in-house and contracted services. The incumbent supervises the routine cleaning of building facilities to include but not limited to the cleaning of all floors, restrooms, laboratories, cleanrooms, dining rooms, etc.; construction of workspaces; assists in coordinating facilities expansion; and ensures facilities, equipment and systems are repaired in a timely manner.

 

Qualifications:

- Must possess a working knowledge in the field of custodial service.

- Good communication skills are essential

- Must have valid MN drivers license

- Strong leadership skills are required.

- Good computer skills are required.
