Instructional Design Consultant
Project Description: Instructional Designer with knowledge of multimedia development (Adobe products including Flash, Presenter, Captivate, Dreamweaver). Knowledge of online help systems a plus (RoboHelp).
• Designs and develops interactive learning content including learning objectives, simulation scenarios, graphical art/media, and valid/reliable assessments.
• Manages the development of courses and materials.
• Blends traditional learning approaches with existing and new technologies in order to create and deliver best-in-class learning programs.
• Analyzes, designs, develops and implements learning solutions using instructional systems design principles and adult learning theory.
• Works with subject matter experts to develop the presentation sequence and interactions for computer-based multimedia training.
• Designs courseware with an understanding of SCORM & AICC requirements.
• Coordinates customization/translation of materials, as needed.
• Experienced in the development and programming of interactive, computer-based multimedia training materials using Flash, Authorware, Dreamweaver, Breeze, Articulate, etc.
Required Skills: Instructional Designer, Flash, Presenter, Captivate, and Dreamweaver.
This 6+ month position starts ASAP.
