Infrastructure Support Analyst

 Datanomics, a full service provider of computer consulting services since 1982, is currently seeking an Infrastructure Support Analyst for a contract - to - hire position with a Pharma / Biotech company in Bloomsbury, New Jersey. Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in supporting communications infrastructure in a large corporate environment. The ideal candidate should be well versed in Cisco routers, practical OSPF knowledge, very well versed with Extreme switches, VOIP, and Quality of Service administration on those devices. Must have experience with CISCO, Extreme Networks, Aruba, VOIP device administration, VPN, TCP/IP, WAN, Firewalls, Security policy, DHCP, Active Directory.All candidates must have excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak, write and comprehend.  Candidates must comply with written procedures, instructions, SOPs and other documents.  All applicants must have excellent customer service skills.We're looking for a self-starter, capable of successfully achieving support goals while unsupervised.
