Implementation Support Specialist I Work Location: Buffalo Grove, ILShifts: 1Positions Available: 1Position Summary Under general direction of the Director - Implementation Support Services, co-manages specific accounts with the Field Implementation Specialist in order to provide an efficient and smooth implementation process from receipt of the system order to the customer’s acceptance of the system. Project Manager for systems sales such as QuickFill Plus, FastPak TableTop, Barcode stations and MedSelect equipment sold to existing customers. All activity is time sensitive in order to keep the installation on track and recognize revenue in the expected timeframe. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Manages the implementation process for accounts that can be fast-tracked from sales to revenue recognition. Manages project bill of materials based on knowledge of system architecture and interaction with the Integration Engineering group to reflect the particular solution that is sold to a customer. Manages project information in systems for other departments to access; leads communication meetings with other departments to coordinate successful installs. Leads and participates in conference calls with customers regarding implementation status. Formulates drug lists for submission to the canister center. Negotiates quotes and schedules vendors for installation of equipment and shelving. Manages resources to resolve any obstacles uncovered in the site survey process that prohibit the delivery and install of the device. Manages requests for shipping and delivery in addition to any additional resources needed for installation. Manages the resolution of installation issues dealing with parts shortages and replacements in order to keep install on track. Manages the communication of Acceptances and Installation Reports to appropriate departments in order for revenue to be recognized and service to be prepared for customer calls. Manages project data in the ERP system. Coordinates materials for pre-implementation meetings; distributes other materials as needed. Performs related duties as assigned. Experience and Education Requirements Requires some training in fields such as business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a college degree and normally requires a minimum of two (2) to four (4) years related and progressively responsible experience; computer competency required; working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
