IT Senior Analyst- CRM - (Job Number: 0809777) DescriptionEthicon Endo- Surgery, Inc., a member of Johnson && Johnson's Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for a IT Senior Analyst-CRM, located in Cincinnati, OH. Ethicon Endo-Surgery, Inc.- develops and markets advanced medical devices for minimally invasive and open surgical procedures. The company focuses on procedure- enabling devices for the interventional diagnosis and treatment of conditions in general and bariatric surgery, as well as gastro- intestinal health, gynecology and surgical oncology. The IT Senior Analyst-CRM will perform analysis, design, implementation && maintenance activities in IT under minimal direction. Work independently and lead assignments/projects of moderate to high complexity following company development methodology. Provide coaching and guidance to peers, junior team members, co-ops and/or external consultants. Identify, research and validate innovative solutions applying the concepts of appropriate methodologies. Partner with business partner community to devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems or improve existing processes. Work with Business Users/Project Managers to define technical requirements. Assess business needs, provide technical feasibility of proposed designs, and provide innovative approaches to design challenges. Provide written and verbal communication such as status reports, progress reports and documentation to IT and business partners. Interface with suppliers and vendors to evaluate software, hardware, or services and make recommendations. Actively participate on committees representing intra IT organizations. Demonstrate an understanding of business partner needs and manage business partner satisfaction relative to deliverables. Apply basic knowledge of industry and competitive environment in all facets of daily job functions. Consistently demonstrate knowledge seeking and sharing behaviors in the performance of daily work. Apply principles, concepts and practices of the A21 Competency Model for the Senior Analyst Level. Ensure that J&&J information assets are appropriately identified and valued, and are protected by complying with and enforcing all local and worldwide security policies. Ensure that security is considered and emphasized in all IT plans and actions. Minimum of a Bachelors Degree is required with a major in a technical discipline preferred. An Advanced Degree is preferred. Minimum of four years IT related experience is . Experience in implementation of Siebel applications is required. Must have experience in the following areas: process definition and design; requirements definition, mapping and gap analysis; and test scenario definition, scripting and execution. Knowledge of Siebel 7.x architecture is preferred. Custom configuration and application design experience with different layers of Siebel (UI, Business Component, Data Model) and exposure to the Siebel 7.x data model along with RDBMS concepts is preferred. Experience with Siebel 7.5+ Tools, eScript, Workflow, Assignment Manager and Actuate Reporting Architecture and configuration/customization experience is preferred. Experience with Siebel 7.x Smart Script architecture and configuration experience is a plus. Experience in Life Sciences or other FDA regulated environment is a plus.
