IT/MIS Support Analyst, Senior
This position will be located in the Advanced Workflow Business Unit.Answering support related calls and escalated issues in a courteous and customer service oriented manner. Ability to independently resolve routine and non-routine problems. Ability to communicate and interact with hardware and software vendors as appropriate to solve problems. Ability to consult with clients and Network Engineers to resolve technical problems and ensure customer satisfaction. Ability to organize and follow complex and/or detailed technical procedures. Ability to participate as a project team member and make recommendations for routine problem solutions.
Be able to lead the definition and implementation of the workflow product software consisting of user interface software and real time embedded software.
Define transition steps from the current to future application architecture including introduction of new features and interoperability with existing applications.
Drive hardware standards, upgrades, review performance standards, diagnose remote access and other networking issues
Work directly with the Product Development, Marketing, Sales, and Workflow Consultants to facilitate product improvement.
Enhance current design standards to allow for a phased migration to newer technology.
Evaluate new technologies and software products to determine feasibility and desirability of incorporating their capabilities within workflow products.
Aid project teams in design and design reviews to ensure the designs are robust and scalable.
Be able to code and perform analysis
Interface with customers and other Workflow team members to implement software.
Must have excellent documentation skills to write documentation for systems and provide customer service on technical support issues.

Conduct analysis and coding to develop future workflow products
Document implementation instructions, frequently asked questions
Monitors work to ensure quality, and continuously promote Quality First Time.
May perform other duties as required or assigned.
Formal Training/Education: BS in Information Systems Management, Computer Systems Engineering, or related field. Microsoft Certified System Engineer is highly preferred
Experience: Networking experience and knowledge, at least 3-5 years experience analyzing, designing, executing, and maintaining IT solutions. Experience with Windows Server 2003, Remote Access and VPN technologies, SQL Server.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Self-motivated and detail-oriented. Knowledge of hardware components including servers, PCs, and peripherals such as barcode scanners, printers, etc. Thorough knowledge of Windows 98/2000/XP/NT/2003 operating systems, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook. Thorough understanding of LAN/WAN environments. Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team. Ability to work as a team player in a fast paced environment. Significant technical experience in Information Technology. Ability to write and maintain technical documentation. Excellent interpersonal skills with strong customer service orientation. Excellent organizational/time management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
