The IT Compliance Manager will manage a team of IT compliance associates with responsibility for a wide range of areas including Information Security, Sarbanes Oxley, Privacy, Computer System Validation, Internet Compliance and Records Management. The Compliance Manager is responsible for the establishment, implementation and oversight of a Compliance Program for Information Technology (IT) that includes Sarbanes Oxley, GxP (where applicable), computer system validation, 21 CFR Part 11, Information Asset Protection Policy (IAPP), Internet Compliance && Privacy. The Compliance Manager will participate in both internal and external audits and vendor audits. The Compliance Manager ensures Information Management compliance to governmental regulations, current standards and processes and performs periodic GAP analysis's to ensure continued compliance in the future. The Compliance Manager is responsible for building compliance as a core competency for the Information Technology department; this includes providing education and training to the organization. The Compliance Manager integrates compliance into IT processes and SDLC to enhance IT's ability to deliver solid, secure and compliant applications and enhancements with standardized methodologies. The Compliance Manager is integral in support and implementation of Corporate security projects; establishes metrics for measuring compliance, conducts IT audits and assist with Corporate audits to ensure compliance to established standards. The incumbent will work proactively with business teams to ensure compliance objectives are met. The incumbent is also responsible for continual process improvement and innovation in compliance policies and procedures enabling business teams to be on time, on budget and on quality. A minimum of a Bachelor Degree is required. A graduate degree such as a Master's is preferred. A minimum of 7 years IT experience is required. A minimum of 4 years in IT Compliance is preferred. A minimum of 2 years supervisory/manager experience is required. Experience in regulatory compliance Computer System Validation and Sarbanes-Oxley is required. Experience and understanding of Audit Readiness and Management is preferred. Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Processes && Methodologies is preferred. Knowledge of Change Control Methodologies and Technology implementations is required. Experience in Internet Compliance, Privacy and SAP Application Security is preferred. Knowledge of CMMI, ISO, and IEEE software engineering standards is preferred. Process excellence knowledge such as Six Sigma, LEAN, Design Excellence or Belt Certification is preferred. Experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or JD Edwards is required. This position will require up to 20% of domestic and local travel to Johnson && Johnson owned operating companies.
