Principal responsibilities are to serve the needs of customers in the industrial, commercial, construction, manufacturing, biotech, and power fields.  Territory will include Southern Arkansas centered around El Dorado, Camden and Magnolia.  Our salesmen have established objectives for the majority of calls.  Product knowledge, support, relationship building, and professional and ethical conduct are valuable components of this position.  A strong mechanical aptitude is a plus.  The ability to organize, grasp sales training concepts and utilize sales tools, are all important in this position.  The ideal candidate would be self-assured and demonstrate confidence in presentations and have an aptitude for customer training.

 

Sales experience is beneficial.  We maintain a full inventory of the highest quality precision valves and fittings, and offer cost-effective solutions to a broad customer base.  The candidate must be able to think and speak clearly, present ideas in a well thought out, concise manner, and possess excellent listening and questioning ability.

 

We offer an excellent benefit package, profit sharing, 401(k), sales expenses, medical, dental, and various incentives.  Starting salary is negotiable, and the candidate must be comfortable with an eventual transition to a blend of base and commission earnings.
