Human Resources Partner
Newly created opportunity with renowned,cutting edge research organization is looking for a human resource professional to be part of a growing HR division that values and encourages creative solutions that will have a positive impact with all departments.
The individual will be responsible for recruiting, employee relations as well as compensation. Additional responsibilities entail active participation and planning of HR processes, initiatives such as workforce planning. Knowledge of HR rules and regulations needed.
This role requires an individual to have strong abilities in communication, both written and verbal as well as excellent interpersonal skills and being very comfortable in a setting of changing priorities. A background in human resources - showing increased responsibilities, a BA and 5 years HR experience required, HR certification and having experience within life sciences and / or academic environment desired.
