Provides daily support for the site HR Director, the site HR Team and periodic support to North American HR initiatives. Interfaces with a wide-range of employees throughout the Company on a variety of topics related to Company business issues. Provides support to ensure HR compliance with local, state and federal employment laws. Position also responsible for the Company mailroom and related duties.Position Requirements:AA Degree in Secretarial Science or equivalent experience required, and a minimum of 3 years Human Resources administrative experience preferred. Requires good written and oral communication skills. Ability to multi-task with an above-average attention to detail is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes required. Peoplesoft and ADP experience preferred. High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential matters required..
