The CVS must demonstrate understanding of local, regional and national market conditions, in order to generate increased sales volume. The CVS will be responsible for maintaining an in-depth understanding of clinical and technical data and be knowledgeable and demonstrate verbal fluency of Scios' and Johnson && Johnson products, competitive agents, customers, national guidelines, and related disease states. The CVS will enhance their selling skills by focusing on their interpersonal skills, advocating and accessing customer relationships, and behaving at all times with integrity. The CVS will be responsible for driving results, while displaying leadership and commitment to their team, health care professionals and the patients they serve. Territory central location: Houston, TX. To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate must posess a 4 year degree. A valid driver's license in one of 50 United States, and a clean driving record are required. At least 5 years of previous pharmaceutical sales experience, in a hospital environment, is required.
