Lead monthly and weekly planning processes for and ensure consistant processes across all product lines. Identify opportunities to harmonize global Supply Chain ("SC") planning processes including the assessment and implementation of new tools and reporting capabilities Drive a high performing team through effectively managing, coaching, developing, attracting, and rewarding and recognizing team members, currently 3 head counts Interface with IT organization to prioritize key initiatives to support SC improvement plans Ensure project plans aimed at achieving KFA's are documented in QLP database Own the process for the monthly SC Divisional Dashboard monthly publication and lead initiatives to improve the data quality and to adopt the dashboard towards changing business requirements Document and improve key global SC processes Partner with IT and SC to improve the quality of data used in planning processes including inventory, actual sales, and forecast Partner with Finance to improve understanding, reporting, and management of BioScience global inventory Develop and implement key metrics to drive business results such as QLP inventory and forecasting accuracy QUALIFICATIONS: General Business, Operations Management, Supply Planning, and Finance skills required 7-10+ years of experience;  Strong analysis and business process capability, Six Sigma / Lean approaches helpful  Have a track record in continuous improvement and best practices;  Strong project management capability enhanced by an effective change leadership capability;  Strong planning and organizational skills;  Profound knowledge of Standard ERP systems ( JDE preferred) and Advanced planning systems  Communications and presentation skills;  Analytical and business problem solving skills;  Ability to work in a matrixed environment; and  Strong leader ship and team building capabilities  BA or other post-secondary qualification As a global leader dedicated to building the best team in health care, Baxter offers competitive compensation and full benefits.
