DESCRIPTION:Growing company seeks a "roll-up-your sleeves" type HR Manager/ Business Partner to support internal clients in Operations. Reporting to the VP of HR, you will focus on recruiting and employee relations as well as benefits, compensation, training, compliance and special projects.

REQUIREMENTS:BA/BS degree5+ years of solid Generalist/HR Manager experience with heavy focus on EMPLOYEE RELATIONS and STAFFING. Must have supported OPERATIONS. MUST have worked in a MANUFACTURING environment; Pharmaceutical/Medical Device/Biotech industry experience are huge plusses!
