Global Services IT Delivery Manager - (Job Number: 0810418) DescriptionJohnson && Johnson, is recruiting for a Global Services IT Delivery Manager in Raritan, NJ. The incumbent is responsible for managing the delivery of multiple technologies projects and services for one or more Operating Companies within a Group Operating Company (Consumer IT, Pharma IT, MD&&D IT, ITC, and ITS) by leveraging the Global Services competency centers across the world - that are providing application design, development, implementation, testing, and infrastructure services. In this role, the person will be responsible for ensuring that the Global Services competency centers are providing the services per the SOW terms and conditions; ensure that the competency centers are improving their overall delivery of services && cost to the Operating Companies. Additionally, the incumbent will be working closely with the Global Demand Services team to ensure that the Global Services organization delivers the services per the SOW terms and conditions The candidate would be responsible to ensure delivery of all projects, support services to the Operating Company IT, meeting or exceeding the expectations set in the SOWs. The candidate will work with the Global Services competency delivery managers and Operating Company IT to develop the SOWs for all the committed demand. The incumbent is expected to act as a "single point of accountability" for the portfolio of project / support delivery to one of the Operating Company IT organizations.The role would require the incumbent to work with the Global Services competency delivery managers to develop the resource / skill mix requirements and forecast for the delivery centers as well as, work with the all the competency centers to ensure the delivery of the services per the SOW and also ensuring that the capacity && skills are built in the centers to meet the forecasted demand. The candidate will also work with delivery competency center teams to drive continuous improvements to the cost of delivery and performance metrics. Responsibilities also include conducting regular business reviews (at least on a quarterly basis) with the competency centers to review their performance; identify / monitor to closure of all key open action items resulting from the reviews and provide regular, frequent and detail-appropriate reports back to the Operating Company leadership team about the current status of delivery, delivery strategies, vendor performance, and industry trends. Additionally, the candidate would act as second level escalation point for the delivery issues that could not be resolved at the competency center level A Bachelor's Degree is required. A Masters degree is desirable. A minimum of 7 years of service delivery experience OR 3 years of service delivery experience with a Masters Degree is Required. A minimum of 7 years of portfolio management experience OR 3 years of portfolio management experience with a Masters Degree is Required. A minimum of 7 years of experience within managing global, cross functional, multi disciplined projects OR 3 years experience within managing global, cross functional, multi disciplined projects along with a Masters Degree is Required. Previous experience working across multiple countries and cultures is desirable. Previous experience managing consultants or direct reports is desirable. Subject matter expertise in Alternative Resourcing (onshore/offshore), vendor selection and site selection processes is required. This role requires approximately 10% of domestic and international travel.
