Currently, we have a great opportunity for a highly motivated, detail oriented professional to assist Data Analysts on the design and maintenance of a report request-and-tracking system (RIM Request System) for product safety data reports and related processes, maintenance of the Pharmacovigilance Dashboard, and maintenance of the Pharmacovigilance LiveLink “Harbor” electronic Document Management System.

Specifically, you will:

• Assist Data Analysts in generating pre-written product safety data reports in support of Surveillance & Risk Management, and Pharmacovigilance processes via simple COGNOS, AERS, and ARGUS queries
• Assist Therapeutic Area Leads (TALs) in processes supporting the generation of regulatory-required Periodic Safety Reports and responses to safety data retrieval inquiries
• Assist TALs in processes supporting the Product Safety Committee Meetings

This position requires:

• An BA/BS in Biological Science or Computer Science
• Experience in processes supporting the design and generation of database reports, listings, tables, charts, and graphs in various programs or applications
• PC proficiency with MS Office and web technology essential
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills
• Help Desk or Server Support experience preferred
• Knowledge of COGNOS, AERS, and ARGUS, or SQL a definite plus
