Global Brand Manager

Global Brand Manager, Santa Clara   You will work with Managers to create divisional brand strategy. You will support the development of this strategic plan and will include: · Clearly identify brand definition · Gain alignment from senior management on brand definition · Identify distinct strategies for each customer touch-point to increase awareness and improve brand strength and create process to obtain global alignment on key messages and branding · Determine method to measure success of campaigns/programs and develop and execute global programs and promotional activities to effectively communicate the strategic positioning of the organization to customers. · Direct the advertising agency in its creation of brand building campaigns. · Lead cross functional project teams focused on execution of programs, initiatives and/or strategies. · Manage and coordinate internal marketing research and data analysis to understand brand perceptions and develop plans to improve and track brand perceptions of company and competitors over time. · Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives. These groups include external customers and consumers, senior management, field sales, public affairs, investor relations/investment community. You will help create the vision, the image and perception... You will work with sr. management and marketing around the world. Requirement: · 4 - 6 years of medical marketing experience. · BS/BA required in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
