InnovaSystems, Inc., based in Moorestown, NJ, provides products to automate sample handling and preparation in laboratories, worldwide.Â Our clients include pharmaceutical, biotech, consumer healthcare companies as well as academic and government institutions.Â

Opportunity exists for a highly motivated, self-disciplined, experienced field service engineer with excellent interpersonal, communicationÂ and organizational skills.Â

The individual will be responsible forÂ field service, including installations, customer training, service and maintenanceÂ of InnovaSystems Automation products as well as theÂ associated documentation.Â Â

ExperienceÂ providing excellent customer service and technical support to customers, preferably in pharmaceutical, biotech or consumer healthcare laboratories.Â Â Requires an Associates or Technical degreeÂ and 3+ years of mechanical, electrical and software technical support experience.Â Â Â Familiarity with robotics, motion control, pneumatics and fluid handling systems would be preferred.Â Willingness to travel.
