Field Service Engineer

InnovaSystems, Inc., based in Moorestown, NJ, provides products to automate sample handling and preparation in laboratories, worldwide.  Our clients include pharmaceutical, biotech, consumer healthcare companies as well as academic and government institutions. 

Opportunity exists for a highly motivated, self-disciplined, experienced field service engineer with excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. 

The individual will be responsible for field service, including installations, customer training, service and maintenance of InnovaSystems Automation products as well as the associated documentation.  

Experience providing excellent customer service and technical support to customers, preferably in pharmaceutical, biotech or consumer healthcare laboratories.   Requires an Associates or Technical degree and 3+ years of mechanical, electrical and software technical support experience.    Familiarity with robotics, motion control, pneumatics and fluid handling systems would be preferred.  Willingness to travel.
