The Job

As Field Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Field Sales department by implementing field operations, processes and programs.

·  Compile and maintain clinical files, database records, and training materials.

·  Track and manage field materials and assets.

·  Prepare and plan training for the Field Sales team, coordinate inter-departmental training on field sales operations.

·  Provide ongoing administrative support, including routine correspondence and sales reports updates.

·  Serve as the primary link between the Field Sales department and the rest of the company. 

 

What We’re Looking For

·  Minimum 2 years sales support experience.

·  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

·  Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

·  Ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities and achieve timely outcomes.

·  Superior verbal and written communication skills.

·  Proficiency in MS Office with basic data analysis skills.
