FINANCIAL ASSISTANT- PHARMACEUTICAL
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Successful candidate will assist with a project to enroll vendors in direct pay/automated payment (ACH). The person in this role will work with a heavy volume of potential customers, approximately 10,000 with limited supervision.
Candidate must have experience in MS Excel and must have excellent communication skills as he/she will need to articulate what ACH/electronic payment is and be able to speak to the product benefits to customers. Attention to detail is very important as he/she will be updating banking records.
SAP experience is preferred but will accept experience with other ERP systems. Candidate wil be using Microsoft Excel and Lotus Notes extensively. Banking experience is a plus! JDE would also be helpful.
