Executive Administrative Assistant- Pharmaceutical Industry

Hobbie Professional Staff Management; a growing regional staffing firm has several openings for CONTRACT Executive level Administrative Assistants with an international pharmaceutical company. 



Executive Administrative Assistants support VP, Executive Management, Directors, and Department Heads with daily administrative duties. 

Contract length depends on the purpose of coverage and can range from several weeks for up to a year with potential extension.  These positions are NOT guaranteed to transition to permanent employment. 

The general job description is as follows:Prior experience supporting senior management (VP or Directors) Managing calendars using Outlook Typing correspondence using Outlook for email and Word Setting up meetings and conferences using Outlook Updating/creating reports using Excel Updating/creating presentations using PowerPoint Processing time/expense reports Making travel arrangements (domestic and international) Other administrative support duties. 

Minimum Requirement needed to be considered for positions:Candidates much have a minimum of 5 yrs experience in an Administrative Assistant role supporting senior management.  Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus but not necessary) Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (candidates will be tested on all MS Office applications and are required to score a minimum of 85% on all tests in order to be considered) High School diploma or equivalent necessary however a college degree is preferred. Demonstrates effective oral and written communication skills with customers, department personnel and other company staff. Superior organizational and time management skills

Locations: Rahway, NJ; Whitehouse Station, NJ and Lansdale, PA Area
